This position will support one of our Finance and Revenue Solutions unit. It is a full-time permanent position with a well-rounded benefits package that includes: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance that begin the first of the month following 30-days of employment. 401k starts from day one of employment and our employees accrue 2 weeks of paid vacation in their first year of employment.
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, math and PC skills. Previous accounting software exposure is preferred. Excellent communication and written skills needed. Applicant should be detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

May perform one or more of the following duties:

Balancing DDA Accounts daily.
Preparing Monthly analyses and reports for DDA reconcilements.
Issuing checks and originating wire transfers.
Posting daily transactions to the Accounting System.
Monitoring Account transactions to ensure completion and accuracy on a daily basis.
Transmitting electronic files to banks.
Maintaining and organizing accounting files, documents and records on a daily basis.
All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

BS/BA in finance

2-3 years of Accounting Experience
