Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative support to the sales team including preparing client mailings, presentations, and event planning activities
- Provide administrative support to include telephone coverage, copying, mail handling, supplies control, filing and special projects.
- Handle calendar updates, scheduling and confirming meetings, phone coverage and general filing
- Type correspondence to include word processing/typing of letters, memos, forms, policies and procedures (includes handling of confidential information).
- Position will provide limited support in interacting with clients via telephone and in person to research and resolve account inquiries and appropriately follow-up and respond.
Qualifications :
Education: Two years of college or equivalent experience
Experience:
*One to three years in an administrative assistant level position, preferably in a financial services environment
*Banking experience with clients preferred
*Superior spelling, grammar and writing skills.
*Ability to interface well with other business areas.
*Ability to communicate effectively at all levels including staff, senior management.
*Excellent phone manner
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Strong Microsoft Office skills including: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
