Corporate Audit plays an important role in State Street's governance structure, providing the Board of Directors and management with a mechanism to continuously monitor adherence to policies and procedures and assess the effectiveness of systems of internal control designed to protect the Corporation's clients, assets, revenues and market reputation. The team is organized to deliver audit services to the Company's major businesses, including Asset Management (SSgA), Investment Servicing, and Global Services.

Audit Senior Manager, Capital Markets, Vice President
* The Audit Senior Manager would be responsible for audits of State Street's Global Markets which would include auditing the business areas of: foreign exchange, equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, current management, research and trading.

* The Audit Senior Manager will be responsible for staying abreast of technical, regulatory and investment industry rules and regulations and ensuring audit team is current regarding rules and regulations.

* Oversees multiple audit teams to ensure audits are performed in accordance with Division and IIA standards and meet Division deadlines.

* The Audit Senior Manager generally has 10 plus years of Financial Services Audit experience and clearly demonstrates proficiency in performing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously.

* Financial Service industry experience, knowledge: Asset Management, Mutual Funds, Institutional Investment, Private Wealth Management, Custody, Treasury, Global Securities Services, Foreign Exchange, Securities Lending, Investment Manager Solutions, Capital Markets, Corporate, Trading, Derivatives and Compliance.

* Audit experience in either Public Accounting or Internal Audit. Professional audit certifications preferred, CPA, CIA is a plus.

* BS degree required.

* Travel up to 15 % annually, both domestically and internationally.
