The Requirements Analyst will work closely with internal functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure that the defined process and product management best practices are followed.  Responsibilities:·         Liaise between the business and development teams to translate business needs into requirements documentation·         Write User Acceptance Testing documentation and manage the testing process·         Successfully manage launch of new products and product enhancements·         Perform alignment of new products and product enhancements to the strategic roadmap·         Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis·         Abstract product-specific requirements into generic, reusable capability requirements·         Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs·         Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements ·         Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously·         Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers·         Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans, to ensure alignment with our product and capabilities roadmap The successful candidate will possess the following required skills, experience and education:·         bachelor’s degree preferred·         3-5+ years’ experience directly related business/requirements analyst experience ·         Excellent process, analytical, technical, written, and oral presentation skills·         Competent in analyzing data to determine course of action to correct business problems and develop applicable solutions for other relevant markets, translating client needs to business requirements·         Ability to operate under tight date-driven schedules & manage multiple programs·         Aptitude for quantitative analysis, critical thinking skills, attention to detail Benefits:We value our employees’ time and efforts.
