Investment Accountant - Boston, MA – Boston

Position Type:

Full-time

Responsibilities:
- All accounting, reporting (financial and tax), and compliance of the co-invest funds

- Administration for these funds (prepare and coordinate capital calls, distributions, and detailed investor reports)

- Prepare legal documentation for new commitments to co-invest funds

- Maintain loan schedules related to co-invest fund (including interest accruals and loan repayments)

- Work along-side the Manager of Fund Accounting

Position requirements:
    * 2-4 years of experience in the financial service industry
    * Solid understanding of partnerships and investments
    * Strong GAAP financial reporting experience (a plus)
    * Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, etc.
    * Excellent verbal and writing skills
    * Bachelors degree in Accounting
