Lead Systems Analyst Global Equity Trading, Derivatives – Boston

Strong Client Relationship skills required: This is a strong business facing role working directly with Traders and Trade Administrators. This individual will interface with the Strategic Derivatives Program.

2. Strong Systems Analysis skills required, ideally in a Trading environment.

3. Domain Knowledge: OTC Derivatives (i.e. Swaps, Options, Futures, etc.), preferably Equity Derivatives experience is sought but will also look at Fixed Income Derivatives as long as the candidate is comfortable working with the Global Equity Systems group.

4. This is a Lead level role. The candidate will be guiding and directing a consultant team. Project Management experience is highly desired.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills.
8+ years systems analysis experience in Financial Services preferably Trading or Portfolio Management
3 years experience leading other analysts
Domain knowledge in OTC derivatives
Demonstrated experience in project management and business analysis for medium to large initiatives
Experience writing requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans
