Position: Web Designer
YouCastr is looking for a half time web designer. The role will require managing the look and feel of the site, implementing the graphical interface for new features, and updating the existing site to maintain design consistency.
Considering you will be working for a small startup company, it is imperative that you are highly self-motivated, extremely entrepreneurial, and willing to take a risk. Experience with social media/social networking sites is a big plus.
Compensation will be a mix of cash and stock options, and will be flexible as to the appropriate mix of the two.
Technical Skills Required:
- Graphic Design – Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Web Design
- HTML
- Advanced CSS hand coding
Technical Skills Desired:
- Javascript
- Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Social Media / Social Networks
